2nd Year Fine Art Work Development

I started this piece by attaching two large pieces of paper to the wall to form a large rectangle and traced out each line projected from one of my acetate images that I had created.

I filled in some of the lines in black marker to make some areas stand out more than others to add some depth.

I then filled in some other areas to add a contrast between the black and white areas and the lines to break up the image.

With this, I used another color following the rule of three, any more colors and i feel this would have spoiled the image.

I attempted to reverse the image projected in relation to the one i had already completed to see what effect it had given, I like this but feel there was too much happening within the image at the same time.

I also filled in other areas which were projected from the projector itself leaving small dots which i liked working with.

I liked the idea of my work being tubular as it became more three dimensional as it altered the image to a different level.

These images were the final outcomes of my project.
